Even if one (like Louder) was a fan of 3 man rushes, most would agree (except maybe lounder) that rattling a rookie QB is more important than with a vet. That said, I doubt we see many/any obvious 3 man rushes tomorrow. I hope that we bring it early and ofter to get Luck out or off of any groove. I also hope that we give our running a solid try. I say we're out of challenges by 7:45 of the first quarter.

We can only hope. But then I wouldn't be surprised if Capers sees how well the three man rush works with Freeney and Mathis that he decides to do the same. I hope we don't play the first half of the Seattle game.

The Indy run defense sucks so there's no reason that we can't give them a heavy dose of Benson and then play action. Do that and we should control this game.

you must be sick or on some heavy medication, you didn't call Louder a cock sucker once, it took you one post to set a new record for yourself Laughing ada boy Bus.

in regards to rookie QB's, there already rattled just stepping on the field, Capers will probably just go to his old patented 2-9 shell look, upon the snap though he'll drop another dlineman for short zone with Raji as the lone lineman, it's said he took dance lessons this off season so he doesn't look so clumsy squaring off with the center, should be interesting Laughing

hopefully in this game we go back to man coverage, I have my doubts though, against a rookie you expect some mistakes and more probability for picks, and there easier to see coming from a zone look.

When has MM ever started a game with a good dose of running in the last 2 years? They will come out passing, first half of the game will be 80%-20% pass plays to runs.

Oh well, he did try it, but too often he HAD TO switch quickly to pass because our run game is just not effective enough. Right now, Benson doesn't look like an improvement over Grant/Starks overall.

But don't worry, we'll do fine against an washed-out, transitional, in-a-dome-playing Indy.

Which will be a big mistake because Freeney and Mathis will have a field day. Benson is just starting to get comfortable with the offense and is the type of back that gets positive yards on almost every play. That will keep them honest on defense. If MM doesn't take advantage of that, we could lose this one.

Oh well. Shocked

Injuries, a defense that continues to play 2011-ish and an offense where either Rodgers isn't up to his task or that finally got figured out partly by opponents. Bad signs, bad trends, fortunately our division isn't what I envisioned before the season since CHI & DET look as pedestrian as GB.

Oh, and did Mason EVER make a do-or-die FG? I just remember one missed against the Vikings some time ago, so it looks like he may have leg but can't bring it when it is most needed - headproblem?!?

I won't put this one solely on the defense only because the offense kept them on the field all day. But it was a team effort in sucking ass on every facet of the game today.

Wow, not at all what I was expecting. 1st half yelled blowout, so I did some yardwork. Came in at the end of the third quarter and had a WTF next hour. You really have to try hard to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory like this.

The problem is that we've seen it before. Like every game last year. Only difference is that we are losing all the games that we won last year.

I hope this serves as a wake up game and that the players and coaches realize that they aren't that great and need to approach every game as if they are the underdogs. The Tampa Bay game a couple years ago served as a catalyst for a playoff run. We'll see if this game does the same.

I always revert back to that Tampa game in the sence of we seem overlook rookie QB's or back ups. I was totally confused on what I was watching the 2nd half. GB looked small and lacking confidence, which is so annoying. Where the fuck was Jordy? Jarel Worthy, WTF!!! Why did he even suit up? All I know is we are 2-3 and facing one of the best teams sundaynite, I dont see a victory coming our way. 2-4, where do we go from there with McCarthy in the bizzaro world? This is depressing.
